While I grew up in Ohio, Cincinnati didn’t become my home until late 2018 and now, I truly can’t imagine being anywhere else.
After graduating with a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, I was fortunate to build a ten-year career with Marriott. That chapter of my life shaped so much of who I am today. I had the opportunity to live in five very different places, Spartanburg, SC; Savannah, GA; Frisco, TX; Clearwater Beach, FL; and Port Washington, WI and with each move came new perspectives, relationships, and lessons. I met incredible people from all over the world and learned how to manage not just operations, but personalities, expectations, and moments that truly mattered. At the heart of hospitality is the belief that everyone deserves to be treated with care, respect, and understanding. Because bringing people joy and making them happy truly leaves me feeling happy as well. That philosophy still guides me every day.
When I moved to Cincinnati, I knew the hospitality industry wasn’t especially conducive to life with a young child. I will forever be grateful to Sibcy Cline for seeing potential in me and giving me the opportunity to step into a career I didn’t have “traditional” experience in. It turned out to be the most natural transition I could have imagined. Real estate allows me to combine everything I loved about hospitality service, connection, advocacy, and trust into work that feels deeply meaningful.
